Single-use voucher with unique reference ID
Must be redeemed in full in one visit
Original voucher must be presented at time of service
Non-transferable between persons
Booking & Cancellation
Advance booking required, subject to availability
24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice required
Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in voucher being fully redeemed
Important Notes
Cannot be exchanged for cash
No replacement for lost or stolen vouchers
Expiration date cannot be extended
